Woman charged with stealing stroller, shoplifting at SeaWorld

A 53-year-old California woman was arrested and charged with two felonies after she went on a shoplifting spree at SeaWorld Orlando , authorities said, that included rummaging through baby strollers and stealing one of them. A Rancho Palos Verdes man who attempted to kidnap a 13-year-old girl at gunpoint pleaded no contest Thursday to one count of attempted kidnapping and faces 14 years in prison, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said. Garrett Evans Webber, 55, entered the plea in Torrance Superior Court and admitted he personally used a semi-automatic firearm, prosecutors said.
