Two women and one man are dead after "a minor property dispute" escalated Friday night into an exchange of gunfire , according to the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office. Tonia Billiot Darder, 44, Melissa Baous, 43, and Baous' boyfriend, 44-year-old Christopher Pike, were identified Saturday as the three people who died in a Friday night shooting in the 7800 block of Barataria Boulevard in the Crown Point area of Marrero, according to JPSO spokesman Glen Boyd.
